Brief
An organization’s success hinges on its ability to communicate effectively with its key audiences. This nonprofit based in the North Africa/Middle East regions needed a revamp to the templates available for their staff, particularly high-level leadership. Instead of random, disconnected designs, I developed a range of options that fit cohesively within their larger brand strategy and set a reliable, professional tone for their communications.
This package included templates, modular graphics, photographic styles, and established styles within Mailchimp. Development involved utilizing the builder tools within Mailchimp and troubleshooting with HTML.
*Note: For security reasons, all original content, names, and photographs have been replaced with placeholders.
Modular In-Line Adverts
In addition to general layouts, editable advert modules were created to make upcoming events stand out amongst other updates.
Mailchimp Templates
After developing prototypes in Illustrator, designs were adapted for Mailchimp’s platform. A variety of layouts, headers, and colors provide options for staff to choose visuals that resonate with their own communications.
Visual System
Based on established brand colors, a style was developed to be visually engaging, enhance readability, and create a clear hierarchy.
The use of interesting shapes was introduced to harken back to architectural elements iconic to the region.
